The TS312S subwoofer from Alto Professional is equipped with premium components that deliver powerful low-frequency performance. The rugged, long-excursion woofer is mounted in a solidly braced ported enclosure that has been computer-optimized to ensure clear and impactful output. The enclosure is made from a dense wood composite that has virtually perfect acoustic characteristics, which eliminates cabinet resonance that can rob the speaker of acoustic impact.

The Perfect Match

To create the perfect match with its companion speaker, the TS312S subwoofer offers six selectable DSP output modes that enable users to match the subwoofer’s frequency response and crossover frequency with the speaker it’s being used with. Four of these modes are designed to match perfectly with Alto TS2 and TS3 full-range speakers, while the other two modes ensure a perfect match even with non-Alto full-range speakers.

Precision-Engineered for Performance

Precision-engineered for performance, the TS312S subwoofer features computer design techniques such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) that optimize the speaker’s magnetic structure and maintain a tight voice coil gap for maximum sensitivity. The voice coils themselves have extremely tight windings that ensure maximum utilization of the input signal, and the adhesives used exhibit unrivalled consistency and durability under high-temperature conditions for unsurpassed system reliability. The TS312S subwoofer also comes equipped with an on-board 2000-watt amplifier (1000 watts continuous) with proprietary limiting circuitry that provides electronic clip, thermal, and transducer overload protection, ensuring that the system always sounds clean and clear, no matter how hard it’s pushed.
