Description
The Technics SL1210 MK7 turntable brings unparalleled precision and iconic design to your vinyl experience. Explore its unmatched quality and performance now.
WHAT’S NEW
The upgraded motor system eliminates cogging while enhancing playback performance and sound quality, especially during scratching, with the improved tonearm. The MK7 offers torque adjustments with four settings, from factory MK2 to strong yet classic Technics feel.
CUSTOMISABLE PERFORMANCE
You can change the brake setting, adjust torque, and switch the deck to 78rpm mode, along with having the option for reverse play. The deck also allows LED colour customisation, controlled by dipswitches beneath the platter.
LED CUSTOMISATION
Changeable LEDs might seem like a gimmick, but they are practical. For example, in a back-to-back DJ set where both DJs use the Technics SL1210 MK7, an engineer can set one deck to blue LEDs for the first DJ’s preferences and red LEDs for the second DJ’s customised setup.
UPGRADED PITCH CONTROL
The digital pitch control uses a dedicated microprocessor to emulate the original analogue pitch from the MK2. The emulation is so precise that many DJs consider the MK7 the tightest SL1210 they’ve ever mixed on.
IMPROVED CABLES AND CONNECTIONS
Traditionally, the power and audio cables were the most serviced items on MK2 decks. The MK7 solves this with detachable IEC power, audio, and ground connections. These are accessible from a recessed rear panel, making setup and removal easy, even in low light.
